Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time for U.S. addresses is 4-7 business days.
International orders can take 10-15 business days to be delivered.

Orders $99.00 and more = Free

GiGi Trendz, is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. By placing an order on our site, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to our site. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.
GiGi Trendz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.

We have a 30-day return policy for non-personalized items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process exchanges on personalized items, or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, or proof of purchase. If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return. GiGi Trendz, is not responsible for returning items lost or damaged in the mail.
Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any pouches or boxes that the items were shipped in.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@gigitrendz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how, and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue, and make it right.
Cancellations, changes, or returns are not allowed on personalized styles as they are made to order, and are FINAL SALE. These items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit. No exceptions.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items, or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
