How much is shipping?
We offer $4.99 standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous US. Additional fees will apply for orders outside of the contiguous US and international orders shipping costs will be calculated at checkout
When will my order be processed?
*Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change* GiGi Trendz offers same day shipping on all clothing and accessory orders placed before 3PM Eastern Standard Time. All orders placed after 3PM Eastern Standard Time will be shipped next day. During times of high order volume, fulfillment time may be extended.
What carriers do you use?
We currently ship orders with USPS, FedEx, and DHL. The shipping method and carrier will be determined by GiGi Trendz based on the order contents and shipping address.
How long does shipping take?
For destinations within the contiguous US, orders typically take 2-10 business days to be delivered after the order has been shipped. This excludes weekends and holidays. Packages are shipped same day after they have been fulfilled if the order was placed before 3PM Eastern Standard Time. Occasional carrier delays may occur and are out of our control. GiGi Trendz does not guarantee shipping or delivery dates. Please expect longer delivery times for Hawaii, Alaska and all international locations. *Due to Covid-19 restrictions, carriers are NOT currently guaranteeing shipping times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please proceed through checkout for our landed cost calculator and international shipping options. For our Canadian Customers, you may receive a phone call from UPS asking whom you would like to have broker your shipment. Please respond that UPS should broker your shipment in order to receive your package in a timely manner.
Where can I track my order?
You will receive your tracking number via email shortly after your order ships. Due to carrier delays, please allow up 10 business days for your package to scan in transit.
What if the package says delivered but I didn't receive it?
If you did not receive your package, please confirm the shipping address and check other possible locations around the delivery area where the package could've been dropped or received by someone else. *GiGi Trendz is not responsible for shipping addresses that are entered incorrectly* Packages are sometimes prematurely marked as delivered by carriers. We ask that you wait 3 business days after the package is marked as delivered. If the package doesn't arrive after 3 business days, please reach out to our customer service teamno later than 5 days after delivery andwe will try our best to find a solution.

An item is only eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
Please include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery.
Holiday items are non returnable and non refundable within 14 days of the upcoming holiday, unless damaged which must be reported within 1 day of receiving the order.
Damaged items MUST be reported within 1 day of receiving the goods.
Clearance items are final sale.
Original Shipping fee is not refundable.
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
We do not do exchanges, so if you’d like to order a different size, color or product, please return for a store credit and then place a new order online.
Items returned in poor condition or outside of return approval window may be deemed non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen and Damaged Items
GiGi Trendz is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items in route of being returned to us and we recommend you send it back using an insured courier. We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and possible for our reference.
GiGi Trendz will refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returns, exchanges or any delivery of any sort. We do not refund original shipping and handling charges.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE UNDELIVERABLE FEE THAT THE COURIER CHARGES US. If you choose not to have your order re-delivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We all want our orders to arrive as quickly as possible, for this reason, we are unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 hours after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel you order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
